Came here to replace some General Paint paint that previous owners had used, and the staff here showed real care towards our project and needs. Rather than just matching the previous paint, the staff explained we would need to match to our current walls rather than the original paint as the colour would change over time. And then, when matching the sample from our wall, they made sure to test it not only in the artificial light inside the store but also the natural light outside. All this resulted in it being almost impossible to tell where we painted over dings and scratches in our wall. Would highly recommend this place for any paint needs.

I have gone to Hannigan's multiple times. Recently I went and purchased stain for my deck. Blake came out and helped me pick the right product. I wasn't really sure how to choose stain for our deck, and he educated me on everything I need to know and how to do the process. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

Such a refreshing experience! We got enormous amount of help picking out of the many colours of white. And then continual support throughout our project. Keeps us come back! Above the stores that are closer to us. We go out of our way to go here. It was Jim who we are working with.
Big thanks to associate Sherry Atlan!! She colour matched three different paint colours perfectly, that I needed!! Even recommended a spray paint for one of the things I had to do and what a difference that made took way less work, spray painting that! Aka a door handle. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a paint store!! I had about 1 million questions and the lady helped me with absolutely everything I needed! I was so stressed. I’ve had so many bad experiences and gone to two other paint stores, a Sherman Williams and a different Benjamin Moore. I will never go back to any other paint store. I don’t care if I move halfway across the city, I would come to this place only. That being said the other Benjamin Moore down the street from me and I’ll still drive here. I explained my situation, and they took the time to walk me through which Benjamin Moore paint line would best suit my project. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out…it’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Zero knowledge about paint and was confused as to what I was told to get by the painters I hired, but the staff at Hannigan’s made it all the more clear. Within seconds of entering, a staff member (BJ) was there to help me choose my colour swatches and made the paint samples in minutes. Not to mention that he was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. Paint samples were $6 each (+GST). Excited to put them on the walls. Thank you again BJ for helping me today!

Amazing customer service by the very knowledgeable woman named Sherry. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and eagerness to help me. I went in without knowing paint colours to choose for my new condo but luckily had good pics of the existing walls and flooring with natural light coming in. I figured it would be helpful to provide as much information as I could. Sherry’s experience with choosing colours and providing options was incredible. I highly recommended B.J and Sherri if you are looking to buy paint. They offer professional advice and always to look for the best solution to your needs. I being coming to them for the last 3 yrs and when I have to make a paint purchase somewhere else due to distance I always hated how other places handle their customer as compared to the great services that Sherri and B.J provided. Just as an example I came to look for a similar grey paint to I currently used and need something similar that would match the existing paint but a few shade lighter. B.J took the time to get me exactly what I needed even though I don’t quite know what I wanted yet. Also, when I ask if I should buy 3 gallons or a 5 gallons pal he give me his honest answer and not just try to sell more products. I love how to care for their clients and that exactly why I will come here. Thank you again and please keep up the great work. Much appreciated from customer like myself.
